Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Products must be in their original condition, unused.

Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.

Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email Help@SNGFIT.com with your order details and reason for return.

Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a returns authorisation and instructions.

Ship the Item: Package the product securely and send it to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges: If you prefer, we can exchange the item for another product of equal value (subject to availability).

Gift Card Purchases: If the original purchase was made using a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit only.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
