For A Lifetime

At SNG, we design training accessories built to handle serious use. Our products are made for lifters who demand reliability, and we stand behind every retail product we release. That’s why all SNG lifting straps and cable handles are backed by our Lifetime Warranty.

If your gear ever fails due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we’ll replace it—simple as that. Just contact our team with your order details and we’ll take care of it quickly.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in structural parts such as main strap stitching, broken hardware, or material failures
• Failures that affect the performance or safety of the product during normal training use
• Lifetime coverage on all SNG PR Collection retail products (unless a different coverage period is specified for a particular item)
  

What’s Not Covered

While we guarantee durability, our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (cosmetic scuffs, fading, or minor abrasions that don’t affect performance)
  
• Misuse, neglect, or abuse (e.g., dragging handles across concrete, overloading straps with non-gym use, improper storage)
  
• Alterations or modifications made after purchase
  
• Issues caused by poor maintenance (e.g., storing straps damp, exposing handles to harsh chemicals)
  
• Apparel and non-accessory items (covered instead under our Returns & Exchanges Policy)
• Commercial-use products (including SNG Essential cable handles and Barbell clips) are not covered under the Lifetime Warranty.
• Natural wear on neoprene padding or stitching that does not affect performance or safety.

How To Request a Replacement

Email us at help@sngfit.com with:

• Your order number
  
• Photos of the product and the issue
  
• A short description of what happened
  

We’ll review your claim and reply within 48–72 hours.

Warranty vs. Returns & Exchanges

Our Lifetime Warranty is separate from our Returns & Exchanges Policy:

• Returns & Exchanges: Covers returns, refunds, and size swaps within 30 days of delivery
  
• Lifetime Warranty: Covers product failures due to defects or craftsmanship for the lifetime of the item
  

If you received the wrong size, want to exchange, or return an item, please check our Returns & Exchanges page. Warranty applies only when a product fails through no fault of your own.
