How to Initiate a Return

  3. Ship the Item: Package the product securely and send it to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer, we can exchange the item for another product of equal value (subject to availability).
  • Gift Card Purchases: If the original purchase was made using a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit only.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
